Our Story

From One Squat Rack
To Ambala’s Premium Gym

Muscle Zone started in 2018 in a single 800 sq. ft. room with one squat rack and a handful of dumbbells. What hasn’t changed since then is the standard: real coaching, honest programming, and equipment that’s always ready to load.

Today the facility spans a dedicated strength floor, a full cardio zone, a functional training area and a recovery room — built for members who train with intent, not just members who show up.

Launched in Shakti Nagar with a single strength room and three founding trainers.

2020

Cardio & Functional Zone Added

Expanded floor space to include a dedicated cardio deck and functional training rigs.

2022

1,000th Member Milestone

Crossed 1,000 trained members and introduced structured nutrition coaching.

2024

Recovery Room & Steam Bath

Added a recovery room with steam bath facilities exclusively for Elite members.

2026

Full Facility Renovation
